Accelerent Site Redesign

HCC: 729 Human-Centered Design was a class I took for my MS in Human Centered Computing. This course focused on conceptualizing and understanding fundamental human computer interaction issues along with user testing and iterative design processes.

The semester project involved redesigning a website for a real client of our choosing. The client I chose was Accelerent, a business development platform designed to serve the middle market business community in Baltimore. I was able to collect a wide variety of information using surveys, document reviews, heuristic task analysis, competitive analysis, user action reports, and persona development. I was able to use this formation to build user focused prototypes that were popular during user feedback sessions.
