HCC: 613 Graphical User Interface Design & Implementation was a class I took for my MS in Human Centered Computing. This course focused on introducing students to the field of prototyping which is an important part of the human-centered design process. The semester project involved updating a science fiction gadget using the prototyping skills we learned.
This class covered a wide range of techniques including: brainstorming, developing personas and scenarios, sketching, storyboarding, creating task analysis, developing low and high fidelity prototypes, and interactive mock-ups.
